This session will inform the attendee on the current state of artificial intelligence and its potential for use in the medical affairs/information/communication space. In relation to digital channels, this session will explore customer usage and preferences (health care provider and consumer), what does good look like in this space (including pharmaceutical medical information websites), what is the payoff for pharma's investment in this area (i.e., where should resources be focused.)
