Over the years, it is harder to provide sites and patients with items to help retain their interest in a long-term or even short-term clinical trial. Now that the landscape has changed, how can sponsors create a solid retention strategy? Loyalty is an important, multifaceted driver of retention. We will discuss how asking the right question at the right time in the right way and in the right context is essential to establishing a strong relationship between the patient and the research team.

Learning Objectives

Discuss the holistic view in the patient retention space; Describe a multi-strategy approach to encourage long-term retention.
