Stephanie Brown, Sr. Director, Med Affairs Solutions & Launch Readiness at Eli Lilly and Company, has held leadership roles in various Med Affairs functions such as medical writing, med info, med ed, project management, MSL strategy, and eCapabilities. Because of these experiences, Stephanie was selected to develop the Launch Readiness capability. She has worked to institutionalize launch learnings; create common processes; and create a culture of shared learning across functions, & geographies.
