Anja Schaefer has since 2014 been CEO of a strategy consultancy company TaRes GmbH, Germany. She has more than 25 years experience in the health care industry including international leadership roles for pharmaceutical and medical device companies in various medical affairs functions. Anja worked with high potential teams in intercultural, transnational matrix organisations since almost two decades. She holds a PhD in molecular genetics from the Max Planck Institute in Berlin, Germany. Today she focusses on enabling effective international teams to deliver relevant support to their local affiliates. One example being the the development of centrally steered and locally delivered contemporary peer to peer programs.
