Dr. Bugin is an experienced pharmaceutical professional who has made significant contributions to drug development and regulatory science. He currently serves as the Deputy Director of Operations ,in this role, he plays a key leadership role in the evaluation of new drugs and ensures their safety and effectiveness. Prior to his current role, he served as the Chief of Staff for the Therapeutics Response Efforts as part of the US Government's HHS and DOD operation formerly known as Operation Warp Speed. His leadership during this time played an important role in the successful development and distribution of COVID-19 therapeutics.
