He started in Clinical Operations & in 2006, moved to Program Leadership managing assets in partnerships, across all phases of development. He successfully led teams to the launch of 2 drugs. In parallel, he led several change management initiatives. Stephane co-founded SYNOV Solutions in 2016, providing consulting expertise to enhance governance & operating models, elevate program teams, & strengthen program leadership.
